If you are a real estate professional, there are short sales workshops planned that provide an opportunity to learn more about helping customers who may benefit from a short sale as a foreclosure alternative. Bank of America, CitiMortgage, GMAC, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo will all be onsite to answer questions and provide helpful information regarding the short sale process. Furthermore, there will be an opportunity for real estate professionals to meet directly with servicers to discuss specific issues with client files.
